Alps in the Summer

The village of Kandersteg in Switzerland's Bernese Highlands. With a population of only a little over 1000, Kandersteg is largely supported by tourists coming to view, hike or ski the nearby alpine ranges- when summer comes around, the village becomes the picture of tranquility.
