Cape Tribulation, Daintree National Park, Queensland - Australia (Panorama)

"Just as the time of sunrise rolled around, against all odds the horizon started to clear in patches and beautiful light shone through the mangroves. I raced to my pre-determined composition and waited in anticipation. Despite the clearing on the horizon the rain continued and I became increasingly frustrated - there was beautiful light in front of me but I couldn't keep my lens dry for long enough to obtain a useable photo!

Patience was all that was required in the end. A few minutes later, the rain stopped briefly allowing me to thoroughly clean my lens and finally capture this highly unique photo for my Australian Collection." - Mark Gray
