Positano, Italy

Positano is a village on Italy's Amalfi Coast. A poor fishing village in the early 20th century, it began attracting a large number of tourists after being featured in an essay by author John Steinbeck. Seen prominently in the image is the maiolica dome of the lemon yellow church of Santa Maria Assunta.
